Hello out there!

I started off in education back in 1999 when I graduated from Buffalo State College. My BS is in English 7-12 and my Master's is in Educational Computing. Currently this is my 3rd year working for the Model Schools Department at Erie 1 BOCES. I learn so much from this job on a daily basis it keeps me on my toes!

Some of my main areas in technology training include Internet Safety and Classroom Response Systems (aka the Clickers). I will be presenting the clickers at the NYSCATE Conference in November and will be traveling down to New Orleans in March to present on the clickers at the ASCD Conference. I am currently a .6FTE for the Kenmore-Tonawanda School District as their Technology Integrator. I am back in the classroom working with teachers and elementary students with laptops. I was a little worried at first working with the young kids, but they are a blast and surprise many of us with what they can do on the laptops.

I play volleyball in the winter and softball in the summer.
